The client needed a reservations and ticketing system built from the ground up — one that could handle bookings across both their main site and a secondary booking platform, and give players a portal tied directly into their Oasis Player Tracking System so loyalty status stayed in sync with every reservation.
We designed and built a custom reservations and ticketing platform from scratch, integrating it directly into both the company's main website and a secondary booking platform so guests can book and manage reservations through either channel. We also built a Player Portal integrated with the Oasis Player Tracking System, giving players account access tied to their loyalty status and keeping ticketing data in sync with the casino's player tracking database.
The client now runs on one custom reservations and ticketing system spanning both public booking channels, with an integrated Player Portal and real-time syncing to Oasis Player Tracking — where none of it existed before. Ten years later, the client is still running the same system we built — a testament to the durability of the underlying development work.
